Our contact with everyone at K-Guard was exceptional. From the appointment setting with Mark, their knowlegeble salesman, to the installation scheduling with their office staff, to the HIGHLY professional crew who came out and did the installation. This job could not have gone any better! Mark came to our home to show me the materials K-Guard used versus what we already had in place and other gutters on the market. There was a major difference not only in sizes of other gutters, but also I was impressed with the quality of materials. My husband unfortunately had to work late that evening so Mark offered to come back on his own time to go over the gutters with my husband which was not necessary. We then went outside to look at the current gutters and he did his measurements. Once back inside he gave me a quote within minutes. I told Mark that a decision would not be made over the weekend but we would be in touch. The gutters have a warranty for life and if anything should get in them all we need to do is call them to come clear them out. I got a great price for what I paid for.....NO maintenance! After several years of digging leaves, helicopters, etc., out of my gutters I no longer need to worry about anything getting in besides water. THANK YOU K-GUARD, you have some of the best employees who obviously are proud of the product they represent! I also should mention that we've had two contractors out to do other work and each one of them noticed and mention what nice gutters we had and that they were good size ones. There's a testimonial in itself!

I thought the salesman Steve did a very good job of presenting their product and service. Overall, their gutter, guard and downspout system seems very well designed, constructed and installed and is a good value for the money - especially with the guarantee to fix any problems and to clean my gutters if they ever get clogged. I'm 66 years old and don't want to get up on ladders and clean gutters any more. The men who installed my new gutters and downspouts were very friendly, skilled and hard-working. The whole process of tearing off my old gutters and installing new ones took about 3 hours. What is also very impressive about the company is how K-Guard handled a big problem when the original installation placed the wrong colors of gutters and downspouts on the house. There had been a communication problem when they sent out the instructions to the installation crew and I didn't get home to catch the error until after they were gone. When I called about it, they immediately admitted the error, apologized and scheduled another complete installation of gutters, gutter guards and downspouts with the correct colors within a week at no additional cost to me. This is all anyone could ask of them. And I think it demonstrates how well they will handle their guarantee. We've had only one light rain since the new gutters and downspouts were installed and they seemed to work well (no over-gutter water gushing). However, I won't know how well they really perform until we get a sustained hard rain. But I don't anticipate any problems and am confident that if there are, K-Guard will make it right.

Great! They came to my house to do a free estimate and thoroughly explained their product. They were actually the 5th gutter provider I met with, and their no maintenance, guaranteed system seemed to be the best to me. It it a bit more expensive, but the no maintenance, lifetime warranty justified the additional cost to me. They also worked with me on a date that I could be available at the house, came on that scheduled date and finished replacing all the gutters in under 3 hours. It was a very pleasant experience overall.

K-Guard indicated they were going to call before coming out, but that didn't happen. When we looked in the gutters, it appears as though the back gutters were missed. I contacted K-Guard and they indicated they were going to send someone out to re-look at the gutters, but they look more or less the same afterward. If K-Guard actually cleaned all of our gutters, which I somewhat doubt, the quality is very poor. If they didn't clean our gutters, I feel as though I was taken advantage of. In either case, I would not utilize their services again in the future. The last time we had our gutters clean, we used Rigdon. They were slightly more expensive, but the quality of the service was much better. We'll go their way in the future.

Great company. Worked out a price we could both live with in an adult and professional manner. Very responsive to my needs. Men worked together in an efficient manner while enduring 100 degree heat. Cleaned up nicely and were very respectful of my needs. Very courteous. Good product.

We have a two story house that is actually a 3 story in the back, because of how the lot drops. We have a lot of guttering as the roof line has three separate peaks. We had some clogging problems with the original guttering in the spring of this year. It is just too much and too high for us to handle. We decided to get new guttering with caps to prevent any further problems. We selected K-Guard because their price was more reasonable than other companies and we really liked the design of the guttering system. It took 2 full days to do the entire house. The crew was on time, efficient, friendly and I feel they went above and beyond for us when they patched some woodpecker holes in the chimney which was easily 4 stories high. It is so rare to have a project done without any glitches. I would highly recommend K Guard. What I saw is a company that really cares about their work and their customers. Nobody wants to spend big money on anything, but I have done a lot of work on my house with some high dollar projects....but have NEVER felt as good about a company as I do about the K-Guard team. I am so impressed I may have the same thing done on my son's house as a Christmas present since he has more of an issue with tree debris than I do.

I contacted K Guard to clean a small portion of my gutter. He took care of several other small problems with the gutter besides just the cleaning for no extra charge because it was on his way home. I would definitely recommend Travis to anyone with a gutter problem. He did an excellent job.

Excellent-the gutters are larger than what we had before and have worked out well. The crew was prompt, professional and even did a few extra things like knocking down an abandoned wasp nest for us. I highly recommend them

Very personable and efficient at getting the job done! I love my new gutters, they truly are a life saver! I've had them for a short time and day one I noticed a difference... It's like night and day how well they work! I recommend them to all my friends and family! I also compared their prices to leaf guard and gutter helmet. Defiantly the biggest and best system. It also doesn't affect the roof shingles like the helmet did.
