Their representative explained their annual program options to me, which I am very excited about using in the spring! She then scheduled my winterizing treatment for the very next week. The gentleman who performed my service was very thorough and explained various aspects to me. He also pointed out a drain issue I have with my pipes and made a recommendation to fix it in the spring. I was billed after the fact and the billing was accurate and timely.
