Prices are really reasonable. The last time they were here it went Really well. They always do a nice job.

Everything they did was excellent. They were prompt, polite, explained everything well, didn't try to sell me things I didn't need, worked quickly and quietly and charged exactly what they estimated, which was very reasonable. I would hire them again and definitely recommend the to anyone needing garage door repairs.

Excellent service and value. After years of the same thing happening with our garage door opener (partial opening especially when cold) and multiple other much more expensive fixes from various companies, Trevor from Goodwin came out, who was prompt, polite, professional and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed and clearly explained to me that it was something as simple as the wrong type of oil in the opener. Fixed on the spot for the service call fee! Very impressed, my search is over, will use again without hesitation when needed, thank you!

The garage door was buckling (flimsy door) which would cause the door to crumple like an accordion busting the windows out. He first came and gave me a free estimate and told me he would have to order a part. He had the part in a couple days. He called before coming out to confirm the appointment and was prompt. He placed a brace across the top of the door to stop it from bucking and also replaced the broken windows. He had the job done in about an hour. He has in the past repaired a broken garage door spring for me as well. Both jobs he has been prompt, courteous, quick, and a much better price than competitor's estimates. The gentleman was very kind and I felt comfortable having him in my home.

They were very quick to respond and also to come fix our garage door. The quote was given to me on site and very clear. They came back out quickly to install and were really quick. I would recommend them!

Trevor arrived promptly to do maintenance on our garage door (Goodwin Garage Door company did great work for us in the past, so we had them back). Our garage door had started to malfunction, going back up by itself for example. Trevor lubricated the door and adjusted the spring, remotes, and door travel limits. The biggy was that, instead of just saying that the control panel needed replacement, Trevor found that the wires to the panel had some corrosion at the connection to it. So he eliminated the corroded segments, reconnected the wires, and things have been working well ever since. I appreciate their skill and honesty and will use and recommend Goodwin Garage Door again.

They are super nice. I have used them more than once. Every year or so one of the coils goes out. Family run business. I can call them and there out the next day. Usually less than an hour to finish. Very efficient. Reliable, honest people.

Scheduled a visit within a few days. Showed up on time on a cold day and provided service as needed. Finished in a timely manner. Charged a reasonable fee. Said everything was working well, which it is, and did not try to sell us anything we did not need.

I called a couple of companies on Saturday and the only one that answered my call was Goodwin (BUD). FYI I still haven't heard from the other company. I asked to be the first appt on the 10th and Bud was able to make that happen. Trevor arrived as promised and was very personable and willing to answer all my questions. This is a very prompt and professional company! Use them, you will not be disappointed.

Very rewarding experience. Trevor, the installer had come out a couple of months ago with an estimate and answered a number of questions I had. Bud, the owner, set up the install and also answered additional questions. Trevor, then came back to install the new garage doors. He is very friendly and efficient. You could tell very quickly that he knew what he was doing. He made sure that the new doors fit properly and worked properly, and they do. Trevor came back following week (had to call and remind) and it is solid, smooth, efficient, and nicely done. We will use them again. He cleaned up all the detritus, tested it all, and explained it in terms a trained chimpanzee could understand, which I appreciate.

They did a great job. They arrived on time. They fixed our existing light in the opener that we have and told us how to keep it working in the future and fixed the key pad before we even placed our order with them. They were polite and professional.

Great service. He showed up on the set time to repair my garage door that was shaking really bad when opening and closing it. He was friendly and explained everything he was going to do to fix the problem and also tune-up the two openers. He is very experienced so it didn't take him much time at all to get everything running the smoothest they have ever run since we moved into the house. I will recommend them to anyone needing any garage door work. Glad I called them.

Called on a day temp was below zero and Trevor was out next morning even though I had said no hurry as problem was weeks old. Both garage doors were hanging up when opening / closing; one receiver was not responding to car transmitter, and one transmitter did not seem to be working properly. We had to manually assist both openers to get either door up or down. What a mess! Trevor said cold weather was the problem; promptly lubricated and adjusted needed parts and both doors work fine. We were very impressed with no attempt to sell new openers as both our units are old. We truly couldn't have asked for better or faster service.

Absolutely no problem from the initial phone call through the installation. We had an old door that needed a new spring. They told us our options for the work or replacement. They did everything they said they would do...punctual, professional, and reasonably priced. We'd had estimates for replacing the door the year before, but were reluctant to pay what other companies were charging. We decided pretty quickly to replace the door after talking about it with their respresentative. The door looks amazing.

I was very impressed from start to finish with Bud and his crew. His tech was on time. He assessed the problem; made a fix that was easier than what I expected and then oiled the garage door; checked the cables.

When our garage door stopped working this week I gave Goodwin Garage Door a call and talked to Bud to arrange to have someone come out and take a look! Bud asked me when it would be best for them to come by and they worked around my work schedule! The service man that came to help us was named Trevor and he was AWESOME!! he came in took a look at the garage door and figured out what was wrong. He called and got the part to have it installed the next day. This company knows what they are doing and they are very trustworthy and they always do a great job. I have recommended them to friends and family already! Outstanding! We will always use Goodwin for our garage door needs!

I called Bud Goodwin fo Goodwin Garage Door and Operator. I called at 9:00 and the service was able to be performed the same day and was done by 3:00. When I called I was uner the impression the opener was bad and needed to be replaced but both Bud and the service repesentative said all it needed was a new gear assembly. They could of very easily sold me a new opener but were honest enough to make a repair, This is great service and I will always use this company and recommend it to all my friends

I called this company around 8:15am & they were out around 12:30pm to check out the problem & see if the door could be fixed or if we needed to get new garage doors. Trevor called before he came (just like he said he would) - even though I said I would be home until 1:30 (which is a big plus in my book) and ended up repairing the garage door for free & leaving a quote for new doors along with pamphlets for the doors. He explained the benefit of replacing the doors eventually (high R value & because they'd be lighter - they would probably be quieter). We will be definitely calling them when we do decide to replace the garage doors - even if that might not be for a year or so. I highly recommend this company that puts customer service as a number one priority!
