Description of Work: The gentleman who came out brought a laser surveyor and surveyed our foundation to see how far it had been sinking. Once he was finished he sent a report specifically telling me the plan of action for future work.

+ -1 moreGreat experience. He took the time to go over my options and didn't recommend outlandish repairs. He actually suggested some things I could do myself to stop some of the water runoff on that side of my house, and drew some pictures to help. For an additional cost he would write up a report for me, but I just took his pictures and wrote notes up about what he said. His visit saved me from spending more money that might not have been helpful. I have had success with the fixes he suggested.
Description of Work: John did an inspection of my basement interior and exterior to make suggestions on the best way to stop my water problems. Some waterproofing work had already been done and I wanted some guidance on the best way to proceed with fixing some lingering problems.
