Every year we buy some kind of plant. They are a good company that supply plants. We buy annuals or semi annuals or a replacement but no big landscaping from them. They are very good. Almost all people there know their products and when you have questions, they know how to answer it. They respond appropriately when you ask. They are polite and knowledgeable.

Family Tree Nursery is a local business and has reasonable prices. They're currently doing a landscaping project for me, and it was supposed to be done already.

They are very good and I've always used them. Their people are just very knowledgeable. They would never leave things away like how my house was left by another provider. They are very reputable. For years and years I've bought things there and I've asked their expertise on things. I have not had them come to my house. I have used them but not to come out and landscape my house. I have just used them for my plantings and stuff. I take pictures to them of my landscaping and then I ask them for help on picking plants up for those areas. They are not the cheapest but their quality is good. They are very good when we go out there. They are very professional.

We go to Family Tree Nursery every week. They have a good selection of plants and their prices are reasonable. Their customer service is good.

They have a great number of plants, their variety is really good, and they stand behind their plants. They did give me some advice on what to plant and were very helpful. I thought their prices were reasonable.

They have really good quality plants, shrubs, and trees. They are very helpful. There are 2 nurseries in this area, and I go back and forth between them. If one of them is out of something, they will call over and I will run to the other one.

We have deer that visit our yard and it got a little bit eaten by the deer but I think it's going to survive. They were punctual and professional, they did a good job. Their professional and know what they are doing.

The staff is always friendly and informative. I purchased the first bush in June. It died due to the extreme heat we had this summer, and FTN honored their warranty to replace the bush. We purchased 4 additional bushes to go with the original to place at the front of our home. Ken had to order them and made sure we were informed every step through the order and contacted us as soon as they arrived. One of the plants was damaged in shipment, and Ken discounted it for us. Ken was also very helpful in letting us know how to plant the bushes and what to be aware of to make them grow the best. We have planted the bushes and mulched. They look great and are healthy! I have been in several times and have always found that FTN goes above and beyond when you need assistance.
