Price for the initial work was fair and reasonable at $1005. The 3 ceiling fans upstairs had a gap between the fixture base and the ceiling and did not have any medallions installed to cover the gaps. Had to have the company come back three weeks later and install medallions for an additional $150 dollars which should have been honored as part of the original price based on the poor quality of work on the install of the three upstairs ceiling fans. Additionally the job site was not left clean as parts from the removal and install were left on the floor which was dangerous for our one year old grandson. Although prior ratings were excellent on Angies list for this company and I chose this company based on those ratings I would not use again.

It was great! Both guys were very nice and professional.

The two men who came called when they were 5 miles out and they arrived on time. They were friendly and obviously knowledgeable about how to do these tasks. I know hanging the chandelier must have been a major pain, but they never complained and were positive and cheerful the whole time. One man went up and down a 10-foot ladder handing wire after wire after wire of crystals to a man on a 14-foot ladder who carefully attached them in the exact order that was needed. I couldn't be more pleased! In fact, now I want to replace my breakfast room light and will call Enlighten Electric tomorrow.

They are very knowledgeable. They helped us with placement of our lights. They mounted under cabinet outlets so we did not have disrupt our glass tile. They are always prompt, great service, and great quality of work. We have used them for 3 other jobs.

It went very smoothly. Troy showed up when he said he would and communicated with me clearly and easily. He also did the work sooner than he originally thought he could as the electrical system was collapsing. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Troy, the owner, came by the first day and his assistant, Brett, came on the second and third days. There was a lot of trouble finding a custom bracket for the ceiling fan. Both Troy and Brett were as professional, prompt, and knowledgeable as you could possibly ask for, and I am a really picky person. The problem with the bracket could not have been anticipated and therefore could not have been figured into the original estimate. At one point I was afraid that they would not be able to find a bracket that would work. I will definitely call they back the next time I need electrical work done. But everything worked out in the end. Considering the extra work and trips, I found the increase in the final price to be extremely fair, not nearly as much I think the extra work was worth. I have not mentioned the two outside lights because there was no problem with them. One of the original lights was just an incandescent bulb with an inside wall switch and the other was two motion sensing flood lights controlled by a different inside wall switch. Each of the two new ones were twin LEDs. Together the two of them only took 15 to 20 minutes.

Troy actually came out on time or early and walked around my new house with me and gave me suggestions for improving the lighting and the out of code electrical panel with my estimate. He was one of the only electricians who called to make sure I got his estimate. I called him back over the holidays and he scheduled me within one week. He and his crew worked very hard almost the whole 8 hours! They have updated my whole electrical panel and labeled it for me, replaced a few outlets, installed 9 canned lights throughout my living room and kitchen, installed two light fixtures, installed a pull chain light in my entryway coat closet, installed 4 GFCI updated outlets near sinks, and grounded two main outlets for me. They did SO much for me at a very reasonable price and the quality looks fantastic. Troy was extremely personable and helped me when I kept changing my mind. I would recommend them to anybody. (My only con is they left a lot of dust all over and now I'm going to have to do some house cleaning.)

This company was great and actually did more than. The electricians were pleasant. The total price as fair. We have used them a number of times and will do so again.

I had a disposal switch in the kitchen that had been replaced twice and tried Enlighten Elec as a referral from a friend. Troy immediately realized that the prior electrician (from a major local electrical company) had replaced the switch with a cheap switch and it burned out quickly. Troy ended up fixing 3 bad switches. I asked for a quote for outside wiring and ended up having him complete that job as well. While here he also recommended installing an uplight on a tree and removing some low voltage lighting so as not to distract from the uplight. It was a great improvement. I had trouble reinstalling my low voltage lights in my garden and Troy sent an electrician to help me out. I've finally found an electrician that I have confidence in and his prices are reasonable.

I will definitely use this company again. I was very pleased with the service and price. Another company wanted several $100 more to do what this company did.

Contractor did a good job in all their work. The wiring moved behind new medicine cabinets was the main 220v wiring to another part of the house and contractor found way to take move cable for deeper medicine cabinets. Owner and one other person did all the work. They listened well and understood the project details. Interacted with owner very well. Communicated well. Quality was excellent. There were no extra charges and work was completed on schedule.

We called Troy Bell and set up an appointment for an estimate. He answered the phone himself and agreed to come by in a just a couple of days. Troy called to let us know he was on his way and came exactly when he said he would. He helped with ideas on the new lighting and was very knowledgeable and very friendly. He gave us an estimate on the spot and we scheduled an appointment for the following week. Troy came with an assistant and they completed the work in about 5 hours. We added a few things after they got there, and it was no problem. They did an outstanding job. We were very happy with the company.

Mr. Troy Bell was the 6th electrician to look at our 1925 frame house and was the only one who took the time to remove face plates and actually look at what we had. The previous owners had wired several circuits themselves and as a result we had several circuits overloaded and several improperly installed. The scope of work that we requested was very large and the other quotes were price prohibitive. We requested the following: Installation of the new service (we had a fuse box and a breaker box that had been spliced together.) New circuits for the furnace, dryer, washer, and air conditioner, installation of new lights in the basement and removal of all old conduit and junction boxes, installation of light fixtures in two rooms and GFCI's in both bathrooms, 12-16 new plugs and light switches, removal of the knob and tube in the attic. Troy and his old house expert Birch have done an excellent job with the project. They have been easy to work with and we will gladly have them back.

EXCELLENT, COURTEOUS AND EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE PROVIDER. OLD CAN LIGHTS WERE REMOVED AND NEW FIXTURES INSTALLED WITH NO MESS OR FUSS. WHEN I ASKED FOR UNDERCABINET LIGHTS TO BE REINSTALLED TO HIDE WIRING, THE JOB WAS PROMPTLY REDONE AND DONE WELL, AT THE PRICE ORIGINALLY QUOTED. I COULDN'T BE MORE PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY.
