Curtis Doors and Openers

Great. Jeff took my phone call on New Years Day - and arrived first thing in the morning the next day. He repaired my door - and charged me a more than fair price. I would hire him again in a minute and recommend him to anyone who needs help.

Service was quick, fixed a few minor things, person was friendly and professional. Garage Door works much better now.

I called on Saturday 7/13 and talked to Jeff and we agreed he would come out around 9am the following day (Sunday). He called around 8:30am to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he repaired door and adjusted (I had already tightened and greased so that was not necessary). Work was done in about an hour and has worked well since. Jeff was a nice guy and had to do a little more than most other jobs of the same would have entailed, with no extra cost added. I will definitely use Curtis Doors and Openers again when needed.

I discovered at 2:30 pm on a Friday that my garage door spring was broken. I needed to be somewhere by 5:00 that evening. Two other garage door services said they could not have someone here until after 7 that evening. I found Curtis Doors and Openers in the Yellow Pages. Jeff was in his truck and when I told him my dilemma, he said he'd be here in 45 minutes and he was! He got the door open for me and we got my vehicle out of the garage. Then he measured for a new spring and recommended I also replace the other side. He offered to come back Sat or Sun to install it. As I was going out of town, he said he could do it on Monday mid-day. He was prompt in coming to install it and had it done within an hour. He noticed that we have an exterior coded opener and he gave me some useful tips to enhance its usefulness. Jeff was pleasant, helpful, prompt and reasonably priced. The best service for anything I've had in a very long time. I highly recommend his service.

He's professional, speedy, and honest. At one point we were told by another company that said we needed all kinds of work done and would cost a lot of money. We called him for a second opinion and he just replaced the springs and did some minor work that's lasted a year and half now.
