+ -1 moreWe used them for several years. We never had any problems with them over the years. I was pleased and satisfied with their service. They worked very hard to come when we wanted them, which was a part of our service contract.

+ -1 moreIt was midnight and about 125 degrees out. They came right out! They were really, really nice! I was so impressed. They replaced the parts and got it back up and working in about 30 minutes. The emergency call was about $300, but it was totally worth it.
Description of Work: Last summer we came home from vacation and something was wrong with the compressor.

+ -1 moreThey have done a lot of work for us over the years. We have always been very happy with them. Our system has survived for 18 years with their services, but we are talking to them about putting in a new unit this spring. They did provide us with the highest bid for this task.
