+ -1 moreA friend recommended Michael and when I looked him up on-line I was happy to see he was well rated on Angies list. I called him and was able to drop off my lap top at his home that same day, I picked it up about 4 days later - He also makes house calls, but lives near me in Shawnee, so I took the computer to him so he could repair it at his home during the snow storms. I am sure if I had needed my computer sooner he would have had it done sooner. The computer runs great now. He gave me a discount being a new customer and a senior citizen. The $300 he charged was very reasonable. I will happily use Michael Brown and Computer Quandary again.
Description of Work: Michael removed viruses and Mal-ware from my dell laptop and updated the virus protection software and all my programs. My computer had been running very poorly and now it functions well. He backed everything up onto my external hard drive as well.

MICHAEL WAS THE FIRST PERSON THAT I TALKED TO AND SPENT THE MOST TIME DISCUSSING MY COMPUTER PROBLEMS AND POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS PRIOR TO HIRING HIS SERVICES.
Description of Work: REMOVED MULTIPLE VIRUSES, ADDED SPYWARE AND AD WARE BLOCKING PROGRAMS, MORE MEMORY, AND A NEW WEB BROWSER. SENT DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO USE THE BLOCKING PROGRAMS. A NONFUNCTIONING COMPUTER WAS RETURNED TO FULL USE AGAIN.
