Good. Unable to reach one gutter but will do a 2 story house unlike some competitors.

It went very well. When I paid the bill, I made a note that I had a few areas that I was questioning, and they came out immediately and took care of it.

EXCELLENT. Incredible service from first contact. Great communication and worked hard to accommodate our scheduling needs. The crew that came out were polite, professional and extremely service oriented. We have used other services in the past - and Clear View was head and shoulders above all other services we have tried.

After receiving a mailer and checking Clear View out on Angie's List and other places, I called to inquire about pricing. I was quoted just under $350 by count and description alone. I scheduled for a few weeks out and I called them two days before to confirm the appointment. The appointment was for 8 am and the two-man crew arrived on time. We walked the house and they started right away. After almost 4 hours, they were done and the windows looked terrific--they even had to scrape some. It probably wouldn't have taken as long but the one guy had to leave to touch up another job. He returned and finished up. The only thing I would say is to make clear when making your appointment how you want your sills cleaned. Mine were wiped but not 'cleaned' which is apparently an upgraded package. It's okay because they are pretty clean now, but if you want them completely cleaned, you'll have to ask for the Platinum package. The men were quiet, polite and did a great job. I would use them again.

I called Clear View after receiving an ad attached to the front door. I checked Angie's List to see if they were members, which they were, and then their ratings. All appeared good so I called. I asked for the special. The man asked me what I needed so I told him I was unsure if the windows had been cleaned after construction and/or before our move-in to a recently purchased home since I could see some paint on the trim when looking out.. I also told him we, before moving in, had some stucco repair done so there might be some on the windows to remove. He then told me this would change the cost of doing the windows which sounded appropriate as extra effort would be made in scraping, cleaning, etc. He quoted some prices per window at construction rates after pulling up my home on the net to see. In my mind I totaled the cost to be about $150 although the price could not be determined until the cleaners were here. We set the date for cleaning which was about 2-3 weeks out. Our day was rained out but Clear View was out here within 2 days. One young man arrived at about 11:30. I was leaving so we decided to leave the bill at the front door should I not be back in time since all the work was being done outside. He said it wouldn't take too long. When I returned at 4:30 the young man was sitting in his truck. He told me it had taken longer than he thought it would. He also told me that not all the windows had stucco and that he left the "paint" alone because it really was silicone and he didn't want to disturb it. He also said he could tell the windows had been cleaned after construction and there wasn't a lot of stucco. I asked him how much it was to give him a check. He said it was $292. I told him I expected it to be around $150. He said the reason it cost more was because some of my windows had panes (which the man I talked to should have seen when pulling up my home on the net) so they were more. He said if I cleaned the windows at least 1 time per year the cost would be about $200. My mistake: I should have asked for an estimate when the young man arrived. I should have gotten another estimate to compare. Perhaps Clear View is a great company as it has high reviews. However I am disturbed with the way the cost was estimated.

They did a great job cleaning the windows inside and out. Very happy with what they did and the results. Would use again.

They did a survey weeks before in order to plan the size and timing for the work and knew exactly how many windows we had and how many man hours were needed, I scheduled the appointment day and everything worked fine. The work went smoothly and efficiently.

Excellent service. What an amazing difference it made on our home. The work was scheduled promptly. Team arrived on schedule. Work was completed as estimated. Very happy with entire experience.

I called the company on a Monday. The person on the phone was polite and efficient.. I asked for service as soon as possible so she promised they would be done the next day. When I arrived home on Tuesday, all my windows sparkled. I also was very pleased with the reasonable cost. I will definitely use them again.

My crew was punctual, polite and extremely careful. I was very comfortable with them in my home. Inside, they wore booties to protect my floors. They began at 8:30 a.m. and finished about 2:30 pm with a very short lunch break. I was extremely happy with the end results. I will definitely call again for a spring exterior clean up. Even without the 'Deal', this was unbelievable service. Well worth their regular price!

They did an excellent job on all of the windows in our house. My wife and I both commented for days afterward that it seemed were were looking outside in HD. We would most certainly use them again.

Nick and Roger were professional, hard working (up and down ladders), no complaints (despite three skylights), extra efforts (going back to redo a skylight's exterior, just to make sure it was not a vapor haze between the glass - which it was). They worked non-stop for 4 hours, the best squeegee technique I've ever seen - no streaks. I didn't think to ask what liquid they used, but I did not smell ammonia. After working outside, they slipped booties over their boots and cleaned inside. Nick recalculated what the bill would be without the coupon, plus the addition of glass that hadn't been seen during the estimate walk-around. We have three levels of windows (walk-out lower level with 3 windows and a sliding door, ground floor with 15 windows - 4 with Palladian toppers, a sliding door and , two doors with glass inserts and storm doors, and a second floor with 5 windows, plus three skylights). The Gold service would be $313. The Silver (both sides, no blading (probably not necessary after the first time) would be $216 and the outside only, $170. The visual difference before/after is appreciable, and appreciated. I will definitely use them yearly, and maybe schedule an outside-only job in six months. Nick told me he was the new guy, and he'd been with CV for a year - CV must be a good company to be able to keep their employees year after year. Treat yourself to the surprisingly satisfying invisible glass and the satisfaction of working with individuals who care about doing a good job. My only regret is not having more cash on hand to give a better tip.

Nick was professional, easy-going, responsive to any questions I had and he did a great job. No matter what the challenge (like old window frames falling apart) he was calm, told me what to do and I'm just thrilled with the work.

They did a very good job. They were quick. I don’t have anything negative about them. They were excellent. I would use them in the future.

I purchase the window washing service service April 26, 2011 for $125.00. My Order Number: 58060. The Shawnee Kansas Company called a company in Topeka and told them we were not in their area (we are actually closer to K.C Kansas than Topeka). The Topeka company called us and ask how many windows we had, but they have not come out to wash them. So far we are out $125.00 and are windows still have not been cleaned. Jim Stigall

The windows all look beautiful. I was amazed that having the windows professionally cleaned would make so much difference in how the house looks. Ryan and his assistant cleaned up behind themselves, were very careful with the furnishings and decorations they were working around and were so great to work with. They came within a few days of when I originally called them. The price they charged for their work was very fair, and I plan to have them come back regularly.
