CITYWIDE TREE SERVICE

Although I did not hire them, they are the worst people to exist. Wearing their company shirts out and about coming into restaurants threating people. If i were the company manager, I would hate this, make your people take off their shirts atleast when going to a restaurant because honestly I would NEVER EVER want to talk to two grown men from this company knowing that they walk into restaurants calling people incompetent and saying “you’ll need the cops for yourself”. They are insane, do better background checks.

These 2 boys came into my family restaurant today to dine in for lunch. They were wearing “CityWide certified arborist” shirts. However, when it came time to pay, the boy with the longer hair didn’t understand how our machine worked for tap to pay. He was supposed to select a tip option, then tap his card. He did not read the sign that says to tap after the tip screen, and claimed that he already paid (when the machine never took any money and hasn’t printed a receipt yet.) I explained to him what he needed to do, but he insisted I was wrong and the machine was wrong. I restarted the machine completely and watched him pay to make sure everything went through. Then, as he walked away to get a drink, he YELLED “GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR HIGH SCHOOL LEVEL EDUCATION” implying I am uneducated? Other customers and a doordash driver heard what he had said. I asked the boy with the short hair that was with him, “What is his problem?” and he stared at me with a blank face and walked away. I instantly made their food to go, and told both of them that they can’t dine in with us anymore. He can take his food to go since it was already paid for, he didn’t like that and proceeded to get in my face saying that my tone was rude and disrespectful when I did absolutely nothing to deserve any of this. I told him he needed to leave before I call the police, and then he said I should call them anyway for my own safety, implying he’s going to do something to me. As a young woman, this is terrifying especially since he knows where I work now. If he comes back again, he will be trespassed. I just wanted to reach out and let your company know how your employees are acting in public with your company logo on! also, no one answers the phones at your office and I also sent an email with the CCTV screenshots of your employees. I wouldn’t trust this company for any kind of work, as the employee may show up and threaten to hurt you!

It was inexpensive and it was done very well. Also it was very timely and they cleaned up well.

Water had gotten in and it had weakened. I drove home one night and one giant limb had fallen exactly between my house and my next door neighbor?s house. It was a lucky miss. They came the next day morning and chipped it off. There are 3 major branches of the trunk. During the night the second one had been swept and was braced against another tree. They took those two out. They came back in December and took the rest of the tree down and ground it down. They did pretty good work. They were a little expensive but I needed to get that done. When they came in July and took down the 2 big limbs, I spent about $600. I spent another $1300 when they took the rest of the tree down. It was one of those trees that somebody planted and did not think about it growing large. They ground the stump down the same day. I recall an incident when my mother had a deal with someone to remove a tree. They removed the tree and said that they would come back to grind down the stump but did not come back. Citywide Tree Service was not cheap but they did not drop anything on my house or the neighbor's house. They were very responsive. They were punctual. I called them that night and they were here in the morning. That was good. The tree was leaning precariously. I did not realize how scary it was in the night. They seemed to know what they were doing. I did not hear them swearing or anything like that. I will use this company again depending on what I need to get done. If it is to take down a tree I will use them but if it is for something else I will probably check around first. I will take an estimate from them.

The scheduling for the project went well, and we were able to get an appointment easily. I wanted it to get done sooner than expected, and they came out when I asked them to. They came and removed the tree and ground the stump. The workers did well, and were able to finish in good time.

THEY ARE VERY GOOD. THEY ARE NOT CHEAP, BUT THEY ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND GOOD.
