They were very punctual and professional. Pricing was competitive.

I had a little difficulty getting in contact with the person providing the service, but once we were able to connect it went well. The provider was courteous and performed the job as requested.

They are wonderful to work with. It was fantastic. The quality of the workmanship and quality of the materials stood out the most. They were here when they said they would be. I have nothing negative to say about them. I got them off the reviews on Angie's. I would recommend them to anyone.

Chad returned my call the next day after I left a message. He was very knowledgeable and educated me over the phone about qualities that make his work above and beyond. He came by the house that evening after finishing work and gave me a bid. He indicated that he would have to charge 25 cents extra per sqare ft since I lived in Platte county and he is located South. Had his bid not been significantly higher than my other bids I would have used him. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in Johnson County. I notice that his site on Angie's List says that there are no travel charges.

I called and left messages, sent email through their website form, then called some more. Never once heard back from them so I gave up after three weeks and took my business elsewhere.

It was great. It was a very nice experience. I liked their punctuality, the confidence I have in the way it looks. It came out a lot better than I thought it would, just the whole experience. The guys were gentlemen and they were prompt. I wouldn't call anybody else.

They showed up on time every day unless weather prevented them from working. They called and told us when they couldn't work due to weather. They did an excellent job explaining the difference in concrete inside the garage versus the driveway as well as what code requires. They cleaned up the mess every day. While it wasn't cheap, I am completely satisfied that they used the best materials for the job and that their work will last a very long time.

. This job went from A+ the day of the bid to A+ and beyond after that. Chad came out and gave me the bid and also made some recommendations to suit our needs. He was our first bid and I knew that day that I didn't need any more. I already had other bids scheduled and after they all came out and gave me their bids, I chose C&C. Chad is very knowledgeable about his work and very down to earth, no pressure! Unlike other bids, he didn't want a deposit or 50% of the cost of the job prior to the start of work. Within 48 hours we went from demolition to a brand new beautiful driveway. Chad's employees are very respectable and polite, not to mention very hard workers. These guys work until the jobs done, not by a time clock. If you need concrete work, this is the company to choose. I watched their work in action and couldn't be happier!!!!!!!!!!!

Everything went extremely well from start to finish. Chad was very attentive and always answered calls or called me back promptly. He came out and gave me a bid for tear-out and replacement of my garage floor which had cracked, crumbled and sunk in several places. I was in a hurry to get the job done before listing my house to sell. We waited for a warm stretch of weather in February and as soon as weather was warm enough they came out and did the job. First day - tore out, 2nd day poured concrete. He also fixed a small crack in the footing and poured a concrete step from garage floor into house. Previously there was a wood step there. His crew was professional and neat and clean and did a great job. Chad was there often to check on the job and supervise. The only issue I had was the strong odor from the sealer they use. Chad warned me it could be strong, but it was way stronger than I was expecting. The nights were still too cool to keep the windows open all night, otherwise I think it would have been more tolerable.

Chad, the owner, came to bid the job within a day or two of my phone call. My job was quite small, but he mad a proposal and promised that he would see it was completed, probably in the Spring. I was notified the day before they were to start work to insure this was a good time, and the next morning the crew showed up at the promised time and worked through until the project was completed in late afternoon. All of the debris and old concrete was cleaned up and I am left with a very professionally done replacement drive.

It went very well. Weather delayed the start date a bit, but that is part of the business. Once started, they pushed through to finish it quickly and as I had specified. Chad and his crew were great to deal with and helpful. No surprises. They were careful to minimize impact on our yard, house etc nearby. He's pretty booked up on his schedule at times, but I'd recommend them again.

It went perfectly. They were on time for everything. They did exactly what they were supposed to do and the owner was on top of everything the whole time. They were all very nice and polite people. I am very satisfied with the driveway.

Work was completed in a timely manner. Crew worked great together and was very professional. Chad was here supervising and made sure the project was going well. They really made an effort to clean up the yard after completion. It was really good to see the pride Chad takes in his work. I would highly recommend C & C Concrete.

This company was very professional, prompt and did an excellent job. They did a couple of minor things for ,me as they were doing the original job and all in all I am very pleased and satisfied with their work. I had an almost flat drive with very little drainage and as of today with all the rain we have had I have not had any drainage problems. I would recommend this company in a hear beat.

Provided an assessment that I didn't need additional sealer at this time.

We were very satisfied. First of all, I want to say we received 3 bids from highly rated companies on Angies List. The other two offered a discount for Angies List subscribers but Chad's bid was very competitive without a discount. So don't assume just because a company offers a discount that it will always be a better price. The bids were received I believe in May or June but we purposely waited until October hoping for more temperate weather. We could have used any of them but were most comfortable with Chad. Chad, the owner, said they'd be here at 7:30 a.m. on Oct. 7 to begin and they were. They tore out the back two sections of our large driveway and the concrete by the garage doors. Then they placed the rods and boards in anticipation of the next day's pour. His workmen worked the entire time except for their lunch break which they took under our shade tree. They were friendly and responsive whenever my husband or I went out to check on the progress. The second day they poured the back portion, including the curb we asked for in order to keep cars from going onto our grass. Chad was here for all the pours to insure they were done correctly. His men did all the finish work. I had expected it to be poured in small sections so I asked about it and was informed the "sectioning" comes during the finish process. Interesting as I didn't realize that. Each day they prepared for the next day and everything went smoothly. However, I had arranged that with the City of Leawood to replace the street curb in front of the driveway so it would be a smoother entry and because the street in that area was in need of repair anyway. As requested, Chad called the gentleman I worked with 2 weeks prior and then closer still to be certain he could be there the day it needed to be done. So of course, on that Friday morning they didn't show up but he assumed they would so he went ahead and tore out the curb for them to save time. And then the city codes guy shows up instead and tells us not only will they not be pouring as promised, we needed to actually raise the curbing! I was totally irritated and Chad was too but he kept his cool and worked with the guy. Eventually they decided Chad would pour the curb and stand the expense himself and they compromised on the height since it was already torn out. Chad told us without any hesitation that he would absorb the cost of the extra work. However, we offered to split it with him since both of us were inconvenienced. He was pleased with the offer and so were we. So the only hitch to the entire project wasn't his fault. They also cleaned and sealed the other area and did a great job of making it look much cleaner. We would definitely not hesitate to use him again.

I contacted three companies for estimates and C&C was the only one to return my call. I found them to be honest and up front about the time frame for getting the work done. Chad and his crew did a beautiful job on the concrete and Louis' construction of the steps was top notch. We definitely recommend them.

Chad and C&C Concrete were amazing to work with! My husband and I recently purchased a house which turned out to have some water drainage issues with the driveway, and some structural issues with the garage. Our garage was a floating floor... and had unfinished basement beneath. After having a structural engineer inspect our home, we had several concrete companies come to our house to give us a bid on the garage and the driveway. Out of the 8 companies that came to our house, Chad was the only person that was right in line with fixing the garage exactly as the structural engineer had requested. Its obvious that Chad has been in the business for over 22 years, and knows his stuff. Our house was a huge project, because it was going to cost a lot of money, and it was intended to fix water and structural issues on our home. I am happy to say that C&C concrete provided a competitive price, and also completed the job faster than expected that exceeded our expectations. I feel confident we will not experience any additional issues with our garage floor or our driveway. I highly recommend C&C Concrete. They are trustworthy and will get the job done right the first time.

Chad originally provided an estimate last fall, but I was unable to commit to the work then. When I was ready this summer he cheerfully provided an updated estimate. He came at a time that was convenient for me, and said he would work around our desired schedule, even though he was officially already booked those weeks. Our main reason for choosing another contractor was our special need for trenching to bury our electrical lines. Chad admitted that he hadn't done that kind of work before, and he would have to do it on a time & materials basis. I applaud him for being up front with us, and I would definitely contact him again should we need more concrete work done.

My daughter is in the Army Reserves and is currently deployed. She had saved enough money while overseas to pay for a new driveway for her house. I called Chad Prater at C&C and told him what she wanted and that I was hoping he could get it done before she came home around the first of August. He said that he was booked up until October but because she was serving overseas he would see if he couldn't fit it in somehow. I signed the estimate and sent it back on 7/11 and he called me on 7/14 and said he would be there the next day. They were there early in the morning digging up the old driveway and were doing the final finish by late afternoon. I was amazed and very impressed with everything they did including cleaning up the site when they finished. They came back 2 days later to take out the forms and fill in dirt around the edges. It looks wonderful!

Chad was very pleasant, polite, and professional. My impression was that he did not really want the job and bid it very high. I was looking to have a trailer pad put in next to my house to park a new trailer that we are purchasing. After some discussion with Chad, he strongly advised me to find a storage facility to store the trailer. He stated that the city would very likely not allow the trailer to be parked there. I had already checked the city ordinances on-line and felt certain that I was within the guidelines but he seemed to think that things had changed (he lives in the same city). He was convincing enough that after he left, I immediately starting searching for a storage facility. The only option I could find was from the dealership that we are purchasing from and it is 25 miles away. I did not like that option so I called the city to check with someone in person about having the trailer pad built. I was told that it was within the guidelines and even if the ordinance were to change in 5 years, we would be grandfathered in. So, I am still going to seek someone to put down a trailer pad but I won't be using C & C Concrete Construction because I don't think he wanted to do it.

I emailed C & C on 5/23/13 to get a bid on a tear-out and replacement for a 2-car garage, long driveway, and walkway. Never heard back from them, so I called their office on 6/04. The lady I spoke to said she would have the owner call me. It is now 6/10 and I have not received an email or call from them. I provided all my contact info. If they are too busy to do the work they could at least contact me to tell me, so that I can get a bid from somebody else who wants the work.
