Description of Work: This company does consultations and charges for this and for writing up solutions called structural reports. We were pleased with the time they took to look at all our different problem areas and with the report and drawings.

+ -1 moreMr. Bird was very professional and punctual. I appreciated his advice and tipped him kindly for his brief visit. Mr. Bird offered to look further into our problem, but was not pushy or over bearing in his sales approach. I would definitely use him on other structural engineering services in the future.
Description of Work: Mr. Bird visited our house to review structural supports in the attic and suggested design considerations that would need to be deployed. I chose not to have any design work done beyond this point.

+ -1 moreHELPFUL AND FULLY EXPLANATORY. EFFICIENT TURNAROUND. SAVED US ON COSTS, AMOUNT OF DEMOLITION WORK AND INSTALLATION TECHNIQUE.
Description of Work: REVIEWED ARCHITECTURAL PLANS THAT CALLED FOR ADDING 3 STEEL I-BEAMS. MR. BIRD CALCULATED THE BEAM STRENGTH AND STIFFNESS NEEDS FOR OUR PROJECT. HE REDUCED OUR NEED TO ONE BEAM.
