They did a wonderful job! I love them! They had the correct equipment to clean up my large yard beautifully! They did a great job! I hope they run another special so I can use them again this year!

Everything turned out well. They were very thorough, took care to avoid causing any damage, and cleaned up after themselves. In addition, they called ahead to let me know they would be about an hour late which I appreciated. Ultimately, it was a good experience, and I would recommend them to others.

They did a nice job of removing most of the rocks and the hedges looked really good. The sod was not so good as they did not add dirt to level the sod to the rest of the lawn.

They came while it was drizzling, which makes it harder to get the leaves up. We had more leaves than the time I bought from the coupon, so they did not have enough time to finish the job. It was definitely a help, since they did get many areas cleared, but I think they could have cleared more if they had not come during light rain. ( My original appointment was a day earlier when the weather was clear)

I purchased a deal for $149 for 4 hours of yard clean up and maintenance. The owner met with me a few days before to walk through my yard and review the work I wanted done. He was very courteous and professional. After assessing our yard, he told me that it would cost extra ($250 I think?) to have everything I wanted completed. I agreed, and he set up a date to return. (I think he did the work somewhere areounf August 1st, but I don't remember the exact date). He and another employee arrived on time on the date we agreed upon and they went right to work. They worked steadily throughout what was a very hot day, and the yard looked much better when they had finished. I don't know how many hours they actually spent on the yard, but I'd say they were definitely here for more than 4 hours. My one disappointment was that they cut the weeds at the ground rather than pulling them out. The weeds grew back pretty quickly. Maybe I didn't make myself clear that I wanted them to dig out the weeds, but I would've expected a landscape professional to take steps to prevent the weeds from coming right back. Other than this, I was pretty happy with the work.

They were very professional and did an outstanding job. I was very pleased with the work that hey performed. I would certainly use them again.

Prompt. Very good job. Got the deal as an Angie's List special ($149 for 4 hours of yard work). Did a great job but didn't take the full 4 hours (no price adjustment). Would use again.

They were punctual; the two workers were good guys--the wife really thought they did a great job and more/better than she expected. Would use them again! Good service and results

Guess when it came to the deal through this company, it was too good to be true! It's easy to offer a deal..but professional to follow through on it. Seems like a combination of bait and switch and fraud. I'm really sad..was hoping to get my yardwork done through a company that seemed to be pretty good from their reviews. Don't know what happened!

Tried unsuccessfully to arrange landscaping as Angie's List Deal. Never heard from vendor.

Very prompt and professional! Did all that I had asked and made good suggestions to improve. Would definitely have them back when I need yard work.

It was great! Four guys came and they were indeed done in an hour, as the Big Deal indicated. Scheduling the Big Deal was very easy. The owner of the company came out and looked at my property. There was a minor miscommunication when they were coming out to do the work, but that was okay. I thought it was going to be first thing in the morning, but they came about 2 hours later than I expected.

They arrived and started to work immediately. They responded promptly to my requests on how I wanted the various plants trimmed. I was very pleased with the work.

They showed up on time and went right to work, they were very professional and work for two hours and did a wonderful job. They cleaned up perfectly when they were done. I would highly recommended them to everyone. I am a Very Happy Home Owner and proud of my back yard again.

They were great. They started the job even sooner than I expected they would be able to. They even blew areas clean from leaves and dirt without me even asking. I have already referred them to friends and they will be the first lawn care professionals I will call in the future. Thanks guys!!

Bryan was very responsive and came right out. I appreciated the quick response and the effectiveness of the snow removal from my driveway. This was a big snow with about 10 inches sitting on my driveway. Since this was the 2nd big snow we already had 10 inches sitting off to the side of the driveway, so it was impressive that he was able to get me cleared out quickly and efficiently.

They do a really good job and fair priced. I will hire him again next season.

Everything was great when they first came. However, one of the bushes they planted died. I called to discuss replacing it, and Bryan came out to look at it. He suggested that the sprinklers were missing that bush. We adjusted the sprinkler heads. He was supposed to give me a bid to replace the bush, and I have not heard from him. Twice now he has told me he's emailed an estimate but I have not received it (checked spam folder, etc). I know they have my address because 1) I've received emails from them in the past and 2) I emailed him through the form on the website recently to make sure they had my correct address. Disappointed.

The experience went well. I do not know if I would use them again.

Big Country Lawn and Landscape arrived at the time and date agreed upon and proceded to trench, dig, survey and install the french drain system. Each day the crew worked diligently and tirelessly and with the thought of providing a successful product. There was no horsing around and each of the four or five men working gave it 100% while on the property. Each worker was professional and very polite, willing to answer all questions during the two week period of installation. After the successful installation of the system Big Country Lawn and Landscape set a follow-up time to return for leveling out the areas that had sank following a couple of months of rain. They returned with fresh top soil and sod, installing both to make the yard "whole" once again. This was a most positive experience and a successful project. The yard is now usable and enjoyable.
