He actually pointed out things I had not known and help me make decisions on what it would take to sell my home. Do contact him if you your need is small or large remodel!
Description of Work: I am preparing my home for sale. Hank worked on the outside of my house repairing wood rot, priming, and painting, fixing brick steps, power washing concrete deck etc. and in the interior repaired cracks and holes in walls, in my foundation, painted rooms, floor boards, doors. He also provided extra services gratis knowing I was not available to work on cleaning, mulching etc.

Description of Work: *Moved basement door from entering kitchen to entering hall; repaired wall and prepped for cabinet installation. *Moved basement steps to fit new door configuration, painted steps and stairwell *Performed rough out work in kitchen for kitchen remodel including knocking down one wall and building island ready for counter-top and cabinets. *Repaired and extended tiled back-splash in kitchen *Painted dining room. *Repaired plaster damage and touch up painted throughout house. *Added knock down texture to dining room & kitchen. *Subcontracted and supervised electrical and plumbing repair and enhancement to home.
