Alpha & Omega Pest Control

The owner told me the weather would not permit him to spray/fog that day. He treated for voles and said he would return the following day to finish the job, so I wrote him a check for $150.00. When he did not return the next day, I called and left a message. He returned my call stating his sprayer/fogger was broken and it should be fixed by the weekend. I asked him to call and let me know when he could return to finish the job; he never did. I called and left several messages for a period of a month or so. My calls always went to voicemail and he never returned my call or the payment I made. Subsequently, I hired Hoffman Pest Control and paid another $140.00 to have my lawn treated.

They are very responsive and reasonable. Since I don't let them spray inside the home they do extras on the outside, they're very fair.

Came out to take care of termite problem, they were pretty good.

Excellent experience. Both the receptionist and Keith, the exterminator were prompt, courteous, and friendly. Keith carefully explained everything he was seeing as he walked around the property. Also he explained that for the $100 I paid he will make additional visits to check on the progress for no additional charge. The price of this treatment was far below that of an estimate I received from another Angie's List exterminator that received A reports. Also Keith spent far more time and took a much closer look during his examination of the entire property than the exterminator from the other service who visited and provided an estimate.

They worked around my schedule for the inspection and I was able to schedule a Saturday appointment for the treatment. They were on time and very willing to explain everything they fround durng the inspection and exactly how the recommended treatment would be done. Their price was less than the other companies I spoke with. The treatment was completed exactly as discribed and in the estimated time frame. I had no complaints at all.

We've been using them for 4 or 5 years. They are always really good. They are always on time. They are an all-around good company. We see the same faces every time to spray; we don't get newbies. We will absolutely continue using them.

They were very prompt, and inexpensive. I'm very happy with them and their service.

Everything has been just fine and I have no complaints with this company.
