Adonis Spa Service

I never got the impression that Gary seriously considered coming to fix my spa. I called and texted him many times over several weeks. He kept coming up with excuses like it's too cold out even though my tub is indoors. I ended up calling someone else and they came and fixed it the next day.

Excellent service. Prompt response, and more importantly, he is extremely knowledgeable. He does not try and sell you something you don't need. Very please with our results.

Mr. Adonis visited our house Wednesday. He was a half an hour late. My husband did the work of removing the side panel, and plugging the power cord back in, then Mr. Adonis proclaimed the problem was fixed after he filled the tub with some water. He left the side panel off of the tub, leaving my husband to reinstall it as well. He was in the house for 20 minutes dealing with the tub. According to Mr. Adonis, he spent additional time in the driveway talking about the tub, but he was actually talking about his big new truck. Before he came, he told me it was $35 for the visit, then $50 for an hour of labor. He did not provide an hour of labor, he actually charged $60 for the "hour" of labor after he found out we had a veteran discount coming, and then the problem started right back up the minute he left. I attempted to contact Mr. Adonis several times over the course of 2 days. Previously he'd been immediately responsive. He finally responded and didn't offer to back up his "work" in any way. No offer to come actually fix the problem, and he refused the partial refund I politely requested.

We had a hot tub which had not been used in years (came with our home purchase). Gary came and assessed the situation and made recommendations for repair. He had to come a couple of different times as after it had been running a while a few other minor problems developed which he promptly identified and fixed. We had never had a hot tub before, Gary took all the time we needed to educate us on how to maintain our hot tub and to discuss the science of hot tub care. He also never tries to sell you anything that you don't need. He shows up exactly on time, he is quick and efficient. Excellent service every time we have called him. He provided accurate quotes for any and all repairs, there were never any surprises. After the repairs it has been running flawlessly. I highly recommend Gary for anyone who needs spa or hot tub repair or advice. Very professional, very knowledgable

Gary at Adonis diagnosed our problem right away, ordered parts, installed replacement parts, and gave us much needed advice on maintaining our spa going forward. He is very knowledgeable and I would not hesitate to refer him to others or call on his services again.

They were fabulous. They came out when there was a horrible winter. They got out here really fast and repaired it, It's been working perfectly ever since. I would recommend them.

Gary did replace the fittings that were specifically pointed out to him. We had asked him to do a complete diagnosis of our spa operations. He did also refill the tub after effecting said repairs. After it was pointed out that the tub still seemed to be leaking. He assured us that it was just leftover water from the repair work. He also indicated that if there was any other work that needed to be done it would have to wait until springtime. Glue residue was left on the deck where he did the repairs, by nightfall the tub was empty of about 75% of the water.

Adonis Spa came out and diagnosed the problem with our hot tub. Our particular part needed to be ordered. He made the necessary phone calls and got it ordered. Once the part was in he came out and installed it. We filled the tub and he checked it to make it functioned properly. He also replace some switches.

gary, owner is very professional, made certain to f/u with pre and post visit via both email and phone call, very functional, very detailed and extremely experienced; others that I called would not even work on the brand name hot tub I own much less quote or would say they may come out with no guarantee to address the problem since the brand name hot tub I own was either to difficult to work or unable get parts; Not so with Adonis/Gary-owner as he was willing to not only look at tub but was very confident in detailing the what's-how's why's etc and communicated the problem/issues in terminology I was able to understand; he is extremely pleasant and I was comfortable and as he fixed the problem, detailed what to watch fo after his handy work and he did address the issues/concerns and will definitely use his services in future and would easily recommend Adonis/Gary to friends, family and neighbors alike A True 5 Stars/Excellant experience
