+ -1 moreHe came out and I don't know if he even got out of his car but he just looked at the tree that I was calling about. He called me up and told me how to feed it and spray some stuff on it and that was kind of it. He didn't charge me anything so that was nice. He came out and looked at the tree shortly after I called him. What stood out that was good is that he didn't charge me anything and what stood out bad was that he didn’t do anything. He was real responsive, he came right out.

+ -1 moreHe called back right away and came to the house when he said he would. He did not charge me anything for his time and advice. He was professional, courteous and helpful. I would definitely call them again if needed and refer others to them.
Description of Work: I called them to evaluate the tree damage due to insect damage and decay. He came and told me what the problems were and how I could treat them on my own.
