They left my yard 3/4 unusable. Broken railing on pool when tractor got stuck. NOT REPAIRED. I had to get involved with City to get project completed. LBA project manager failed. What was told would take 2.5 days took over a month. Now I am having to pay $500 to get my yard done so I can reseed it. Was told I would have ground level caps on sewer but have 6-12 of pipe sticking out of ground. I would not recommend them. They advertise perfection but when all is done it is a long way from perfection.
