Very thorough! We were very pleased with the inspection. Mike showed us some things we never would have considered in purchasing an older home.

Michael performed a great inspection for me on the house I've planned on purchasing. He inspected everything that he could without tearing out any walls (visual); a lot of things were viewed that I would not have looked at myself. He explained everything throughout the process - why it's good or not so good, and helped me understand ways to improve it. The report was also issued timely and it was a nice professional look. I'd recommend Mike to my friends.

Present yourself professionally. Appearance matters and being on time is always a must. Neither one of these musts were met and further more, through the inspection it was as if there was a lack of attention to detail and lack of knowledge. It's always bad when you have to point out that there are no GFCI outlets next to faucets to the inspector. Makes you wonder what else he was missing.

Mike arrived ahead of time and started his inspection right away. He explained everything as he did his inspection and gave us many ideas on little things we could do to help maintain the life of the appliance or home. We felt he was very thorough and took several pictures of any-thing he felt wasn't exactly right. We felt he did an excellent job and would recommend him to our friends. He was well worth the money!
