Michael and his wife showed up on time and were very polite and walked us through everything and showed us the issues and talked to us about how to fix it.

Very professional and thorough inspection. I needed to reschedule and he accommodated my changes without issue or complaint. Would highly recommend. He found things I missed and gave good suggestions for future work. Friendly and great customer service skills as well.

Not only did the inspector do a thorough job in looking at everything and explaining what was or was not needed. He also provided information on preventive maintenance to sustain the properties longevity.
