They did excellent work on all my windows. I am very pleased with the service and have recommended them to a large number of people.

Hard to get ahold of. Rarely returned phone calls. NEVER showed up on time. Did very poor work! I had originally hired them to complete jobs on two houses for me and fired them because they didn't complete the first job and never came back out to finish it after breaking multiple appointments. After contacting someone to come out to the second house and fix the other window I was informed that the repair they were going to do would lead to rot and water damage over time. My house has now been on the market for a week with a broken window, and it will be at least two more weeks before it can be repaired. In the end, they ended up with $2,000 and I ended up with a broken window, a window that still doesn't open, a window that looks like a toddler put it together, and a headache. Pay a little bit more and get someone who will do it right.

Not only could they not be bothered to show up as scheduled on days we'd scheduled them for or on time, but they left gaps in our windows that now have significant drafts. DO NOT use them.

Job was done on time, done well, at reasonable price.

They rushed through the job. Not happy with the work and have had to redo it within a year.

They came to repair the window sill and in the process broke the entire glass of the window. They told them they would have a new window installed in 7-10 business days after they order it. Since their was house was up for sale, they asked to have the window in sooner. They were told they could put a rush order in and have it that week. Never hearing back they called the company only to be told by someone else the window could never be rushed and they were putting in the order and it would take 2 weeks. After going back and forth with them on the order of the window and the delay in getting an appointment because the company never apologized for what happened and clearly did not care the broken window was impeding the sale of their house (by the way they had to be proactive and call each time because the company never followed up with them. After three weeks, they were told the window would be put in today. Her husband waited, no call, no show. It took 2 calls to finally get someone to tell them they ordered the wrong size window and they will have to wait 2 more weeks. THAT IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL WAY TO HANDLE CLIENTS AND IN MY OPINION THEY ARE PLAYING GAMES WITH THEM SINCE THEY HAVE TO EAT THE COST OF THE WINDOW BECAUSE THEIR WORKERS BROKE THE GLASS AND THEY DO NOT CARE THEY ARE THE ONES WHO ARE IMPEDING MY FRIEND FROM SELLING THEIR HOUSE. THEY LACK WORK ETHICS AND I HOPE PEOPLE READING THIS WILL BE WARNED ABOUT THEM IF THEY ARE LOOKING FOR A WINDOW REPAIR COMPANY. I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THEY GOT AN "A" RATING IN ANGIE'S LIST BECAUSE I CAN'T BELIEVE MY FRIEND IS THE ONLY ONE WHO HAS HAD BAD DEALINGS WITH THEM.

Initially, AAA Window repair was very responsive - they came out right away and performed an estimate and inspection. The individual was very professional and very knowledgeable. The estimate was very reasonable, and were were relieved that windows would not have to be replaced (which is what most all the other companies want to sell you). The scheduling and actual repair did not go as smoothly. The first appointment time was canceled due to a weather forecast for severe weather (understandable, but the severe weather didn't actually materialize). The second appointment, was set for one week later on a Friday afternoon - about 1/2 hour after the scheduled time I called the office and was told the crew was running a bit late but would get to the job by 3:00 pm - around 3:15 pm the crew member left a voice message saying they wouldn't be able to get there that day due to "vehicle problems" and to call the office Monday to reschedule. When I called the office Monday (The office NEVER called me about scheduling - I did all the initiation of scheduling appointments) There was a brief apology because the crew member had a "family emergency at the school" (they should really get their story straight) and the third appointment was set for 10am on Thursday. Again they called to say they would be late - arrived around 10:40 and began repair. One of the crew was new and in training. During the repair of the sash, the new worker cracked the glass in the window (which the company has on order to repair at their expense). This was suppose to be a 2 hour job - for some reason it took almost 3. As this was our last day in the home, we we had a lot going on - specifically lawn mowing scheduled - and the workers were quite frankly, in the way. The crew that repaired the window did not have the same level of professionalism as the estimate preparer. But the work was completed. While we were very delighted to have repair vs replace - I do believe this company can do a much better job with scheduling and communication.

I decided the windows really didn't fir my home and the low price scared me. The above price was for 27 windows!

The gentleman came out, informed me the window didn't need repair. Showed me how to fix the issue myself. The left with no talk of a charge. Very friendly, honest, and professional.

They came right out and measured the window. I recd a quote to replace all windows. I then asked for just the one window that was the original concern. Finally in July I recd the price for the single window and placed the order. About six weeks later the window arrived. After a couple failed attempts to get installed (truck broke down) they determined that the window was measured wrong. (H and W were reversed - the window would not fit) They were then going to schedule another measuring with my tenant at the home. After several weeks and the tenant wasn't contacted, I chose to head a different route. Customer service was very friendly and tried to help. Just a bad set of overall circumstances prevented me from eventually using the services.

Done in one afternoon what other companies would not do. Excellent workmanship.

I called AAA window repair and had a really nice lady talk to me on the phone about what they can do and she set me up for an estimate for the very next day! It was really fast service and the gentleman that came out to do the estimate was very friendly and helpful. I still need to get a few more quotes to price compare and I'm still waiting for the competitors to even come out and look at it. Very pleasant service for AAA so far and I hope it goes well in the future as well!

Very well. It was a small issue to start with but it got fixed in just a few minutes with no charge.

The estimate was performed professionally and a quote was made on the spot. Scheduling of AAA Window Repair services was easy and timely. Repair of the windows did not require me to be present. The installers were very trustworthy. The quality of work performed by the professionals was very impressive. The wood repair and glass replacement saved me from having to replace many windows. Extremely happy with service provided. The company was very responsive to our inquiry, coming out the next day. A free estimate was given with a reasonable price. Our windows had to be ordered and arrived three weeks later - exactly the date we were given. Service happened shortly thereafter and was very happy with windows and service. We would use this company again if needs arise.

Moy and his crew are fantastic. My windows look like new windows. They showed me what they do and the materials that they use.

They were great to work with. I would definitely recommend them.

They did the windows of the whole house The guys are absolutely phenomenal. Everybody I talked to and had worked with them are happy. It's so hard to find them and they are craftsman extraordinaire. They come out and they know what to match with the wood and knew what to fit around and you would think that every window is brand new. They finished and sealed it for way less than the price for replacement windows. They started when they said they are going to and finished when they said they'd be. I recommended them to my neighbors as well. It's a small company but they do phenomenal work.
