My first visit to Networktronic gave me exactly what I was looking for and was helped by the owner. He did not seem extremely knowledgeable, more like he was learning by trial and error as he went along. He was very polite to me and was willing to help exchange parts if the ones I chose were not the ones I needed. It ended up they were the right parts, but I also was in need of an additional part. When I called the store, I spoke with another person who wasn't rude, but wasn't overly friendly either. Helped me get a part, but when I got home, the part didn't work. I called him the next day, and told him of the problem. He was extremely rude to me, blamed the problem on me, and when I was tired of his attitude and lack of helpfulness I said, "Well, I'll just have to call someone else then. Thank you." and he went on with a negative and sarcastic tone saying, "Well, fine!" and hung up. Although my first visit with this company was positive, my experience with the second gentleman was enough for me to take my future business elsewhere.
Description of Work: Needed to purchase parts to get my grandmother's computer up and running again. I went to their store and purchased parts on two occasions, and made two phone calls for assistance.

As the owner, I always want the customer taken care of. In dealing with Legacy parts it is sometimes difficult getting something that will work, at least the way the customer wants them to and at a cost that does not deter them. I did not know of the second interaction with an employee and would not have let it stand at that. If someone in my company was rude to a customer, or even perceived as being rude, then I need to know about it and I will take care of the issue. We deal with an incredibly diverse range of parts and technology, but should always strive to deal with every incident with professionalism and courtesy. My apologies to the young lady.
