He and his crew are very, very busy--but if you communicate with them, they find the time to get things done very quickly, and with great quality. I see their vans around town, still working at 8 PM--great, hard working, quality folks!

They responded very fast, got back to me pretty quickly and let me know when they were going to be there; which is nice as far as a having a better timeline because a lot of people call and don't do that. My overall experience with them has been good.
Description of Work: I used Terry Smith Plumbing for house hold repairs, remodeling and construction. The last time they fixed the ruptured water lines and leaks.
