Description of Work: Replace plugged sewer line in street. They came out with a camera that didn't work. Took two days to get another. Mislocated the sewer line in the street causing extra excavation and expense. With forecast of a snowstorm, they still chose to start tearing up the street and our sewer and ended up stopping and letting it sit there for a week. Offered no compensation for our inconvenience.

+ 0 moreOur home was the first in our county to have an in floor, hot water radiant heat powered by a tankless hot water system installed. This system includes the finished basement as well as the house itself. Gene, at Systems 4, managed the project and was very willing to install this system for us. Almost every room in our home is separately zoned, making the manifold very complicated. We had a few minor problems along the way as we all learned how to accomplish this but they responded immediately when we called. The funniest problem (at least now it is funny) was after everything was installed, the ceilings in the basement were in and finished and we turned on the system to find the next morning that there were multiple drip marks along the ceiling in the basement hallway, in a straight line. We ended up tearing out the ceiling to find that when the flooring on the first floor was installed the workers had managed to nail one stip of flooring right on top of a run of tubing, puncturing it with every nail in the run! Systems 4 immediately replaced the tubing and fixed the problem.
Description of Work: Systems 4 did all of the plumbing in the new house we built in 2006 as well as installed the hot water radiant heating system in our floors. The original work and the subsequent service calls have been wonderful and problems have been addressed immediately. The employees are very friendly, considerate, well trained and very responsive to my plumbing needs. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has plumbing needs.
