+ -1 moreThe experience was nice & easy. Called smoky valley appliance talked to Jeremy & he came out within a day. He looked at ice maker, told me how much it would be to fix it. Then he fixed it & it works great. Then he installed frig and dishwasher. Gave me the bill right then so I could pay him. Very professional and polite.
Description of Work: Needed an ice maker fixed and refrigerator and dishwasher installed.

+ -1 moreTalking with the company, I described the problem and they ordered a new ice maker to replace ours. When it came in, they called us and set up a time. Jeremy was punctual (even early), professional and knowledgeable. It is so nice to be able to recommend a company after having a really good experience.
Description of Work: This company was contracted with my Samsung, to cover a problem with our ice maker in our Samsung Refrigerator (under warranty).
