Payless Plumbing Sewer and Drain Cleaning Llc

Description of Work: We have American Home Shield as our warranty company..Unfortunately for us Payless Plumbing was sent to our home the first week of June....Payless plumbing told us it would only take a few days to fix our plumbing issues..However,now its September 29,2017...and the work hasnt been completed...I have called numerous times,and finally in July,the owner told me,that he was closing the invoice,because it was the end of the month ,without finishing the job...We needed a new faucet in our kitchen,which is a cheaply made faucet,now having trouble with it...Our whole bath and shower faucets ,Drain opener and closer ,and drain cover needed to be replaced,they failed to replace the Drain opener,which is corroded with lime deposits,and the bathtub isnt able to fill at times..They didnt replace all of this....So we have Chrome faucet,that isnt even caulked completely,and hot and cold turners,with a Bronze/copper finish on the drain and drain opener valve....Really shotty work....and it doesnt even match....The faucet in our Master bathroom, was supposed to be replaced,never was replaced,the faucetthas no hotwater....I wouldnt recommend this company to my worst enemy..they use used parts,and didnt replace the whole kit in the bathtub....On top of this Scott Miller was sending his side kick out that has been drinking prior to coming here.....good grief..No professionalism..I have refused now to allow them near my home...and have suggested that AHS remove Payless Plumbing from their vendor list......If youre smart dont hire these guys....theyre a rip off... Also Last year we were having a sewer line problem...Payless Plumbing were nickel and Pennying us to death,so We didnt go with them to replace the sewer...We didnt want them out here again,but was the only Vendor available at the time to fix our Faucet issues etc....and I cant believe that Im the first person to complain about them on here!!!!!AHS is now finding us a new vendor,to start this job all over after nearly 5 mos....NO EXCUSE..and PAYLESS PLUMBING IS NOT BONDED,AND HAS NO WARRANTIES,and isnt worth Paying a nickel to!!!!!!!!!!!!!
