LOWE'S

We had a salesman come out and give us a quote on a privacy fence. At that time we were told the builder would be out in a couple days to confirm the measurements and get the product ordered. It would tale 2 days to complete the job. We wanted the gates to open from the inside. I had to pay it that time. It took three phone calls to get the Builder to come out to confirm the measurements. They were no shows the previous times. When they came out to install the fence, the parts were delivered a week in advance so they sat in our driveway. They wanted to put them in the garage, but we said no because we would not give them the garage door opener code to get in and out whenever they felt like it. That upset them. An adult was home at all times that they were here. It took 6 days to complete and the salesman told us 2 days. Then upon inspection I found 150 boards that needed to be replaced. Cracked, bent or not nailed to the posts. The gates would not open either. Lowes called to ask how I like the fence. I told them it was horrible. They asked why and I explained all of the above. They didn't believe me and sent the supervisor out a couple days later. She was in agreement with me. The contractor came back in a week with new boards. He also fixed the gates. I received a call back from Lowes asking about the job. I told them I had 7 boards that were worse than the first. She told me I have a year warranty and hung up.

Went well. I had a coupon in the mail that I used and Lowe's honored it - no problem. Installation was completed and looks good. No issues. Will use again if I need carpet and installation. Salespeople at the carpet area were great to work with.

Terrible. The salesperson, Rita, promised installation of the range, but apparently it takes a plumber to actually hook up the gas to the oven. They asked me everything else, except, did I need to have the door on the refrigerator reversed? Apparently it was a huge deal, because they couldn't do it at my house. They stripped the head of the screw that was pivotal in the change. It ended up with them replacing the refrigerator, but this took place after 4 visits to my home, several crews of workmen. The lady who coordinated the deliveries of the appliances was condescending and rude. Only one of the crews of deliverymen seemed to have many social skills and intelligence. I felt sorry for them to have to work for such a character as their supervisor.
