+ -1 moreOUR SECURITY CAM CAPTURED EVERY WORD SHE SHARED WITH BUYERS, WHICH INCLUDED TIMES WHEN I WAS HOME DURING THE WEEK, HER PERSONAL INSIGHT OF WHY SHE WOULD NOT PURCHASE MY HOME AND THAT BUYING SOMETHING ELSE IS HER RECOMENDATION BECAUSE SHE WANTS HER BUYERS TO HAVE VALUE WHEN THEY BUY. THIS IS VERY DISCOURAGING BECAUSE SHE HAD NO INTENTION ON REPRESENTING ME AS HER CUSTOMER. ALSO, THE FACT THAT SHE WOULD SHARE MY OCCUPANCY SCHEDULE WITH STRANGERS CREATES RISKS FOR ME, MY FAMILY, AND MY PROPERTY. I FEEL THAT COMPETITION IS HIGH IN THAT OFFICE AND IS SPILLING OUT.
Description of Work: I AM REPRESENTED BY ONE OF THIS BRANCHES LICENSED REALTORS, WHICH IS DOING A GOOD JOB OF GETTING PPROSPECTIVE BUYERS THROUGH MY HOME. HOWEVER, ONE OF MY REALTOR'S COLLEAGUES WAS PROVIDED TO DO AN OPEN HOUSE. SHE GAVE MISINFORMATION AND DISCOURAGED PROSPECTIVE BUYERS AT THE OPEN HOUSE.
