They did a very good job.

My equipment was working but the AC used the old type climate-damaging freon coolant. The furnace may have been original to the house. I knew the system had to be replaced shortly after buying my house, so I got several estimates. I held off for a while since the HVAC was working. Callebresi was doing the 2x year maintenance visits, so I knew they had a good crew. And they have the only woman in the business in the sales force in this community, and she did a great job explaining and offering options, as well as follow up. I was surprised that once I decided to press the button on the project they did it within a week. I opted for Trane equipment, variable speed and high efficiency, with a humidifying unit added for the heating season. (out go my room humidifiers). The crew came and handled removal of old equipment, electrical work for changes (from Helm Electric) installation of new, complete clean up, programming and testing. The two main installers stayed until 8 pm on a Friday night to get it tested and operating. Roxanne came back to go over the programming of the display thermostat and connected it to wi-fi, and got someone to check out a noise in the outdoor AC unit.

Called three times to fix my system. Each time they charged me $150 by different service tech. First time hooked up gauges said that there was nothing he could do. He took his money left without leaving any paperwork for the service. Tested it myself and found that pressures were not at normal levels. Called second time to fix problem and same thing, but they left the system worst than before. Called third time to fix the problem.

It went very well. Last year (2012) we had to have a service call and they came the same day we called.

They arrived at the exact time we were scheduled and completed before the allotted time had come. They cleaned up after themselves, and other than having a working unit, we would have never known they were there!

Very good work and very prompt service

They are excellent and they do a very good job. They are very reasonably priced. They are very willing to work with me and are very professional. They usually call before they come and let me know they are on the way. I am able to get appointments with them but sometimes they are really busy and will have to reschedule or come a little bit later.
