Description of Work: The technician was polite and friendly. He did the job quickly and communicated well. I was hoping for a reduced price after he could see the size of the job, but he did not have the authority to change the price. I would use them again but would haggle a bit about the price beforehand!

Description of Work: They gave a good estimate based on estimated square feet, and stuck with that even though the house was a little bigger than we guessed. They were quick and did a fabulous job for us.

 + -1 moreMy mother recently passed away and we had to get our family home ready to sell after it had sat vacant for nearly two years. From the minute the owner of 3 Js Cleaning came to give us an estimate until he shook my hand when the job was complete, both John and his crew were the epitome of courtesy, professionalism and hard work. They filled up 2 1/2 thirty ton dumpsters with 65 years worth of "stuff" from the basement. Then they cleaned the rest of the house from top to bottom and shampooed the carpets. I highly recommend 3 Js Cleaning!!!

Description of Work: They scrubbed the carpet with brushes and steam cleaned. They assisted with the moving of the heavy furniture. (couches) 3J workers worked efficiently and completed the job timely.
