 + -1 moreSteve Kaiser did a great job, on short notice. He was thorough, up-front with the issues and solutions, and provided a very professional service.
Description of Work: Inspected our HVAC system, and found one of the bearings to be faulty. He ordered replacement parts, installed them and conducted a final test.

Description of Work: Installed a humidifier on furnace. Didn't connect electrical correctly and it kept burning out the solenoid. He finally after three years had another heating/cooling man come and correct the problem.

 + -1 moreKaiser Construction was very trustworthy and careful about his work. The guy was very kind. He was really fast. I don't even think he charged me for labor he was so nice.
Description of Work: Kaiser Construction fixed the electrical box underneath my air conditioning unit. He also put a thermostat upstair and downstairs to help us control both levels separately.
