Mike was very responsive from the first point of contact. We were referred to him by our next door neighbor who has used Quality First Fence for several years. Mike answered my first call within an hour. We made an appt for the next day to meet at the house and review the scope of work. He left us a bid that day before he left. He also advised us of his current schedule -- he's a busy man-- and told us he could tentatively begin our project in four weeks. We visited with two other contractors and weren't as impressed with them as we were with Mike at Quality First Fence. The two other bids were lower but the work wasn't guaranteed. Mike's work was guaranteed and warrantied for 5 years. Four weeks later Mike came when he said he would and was finished when he said he would be finished. He scheduled a walk through of our backyard when the project was complete and advised us regarding the care and maintenance of the cedar fence and then handed us the bill -- which was within pennies of the original quote. We know who to turn to in the future for ANY fencing needs.
