 + -1 moreEven though we purchased a new home, we still felt an inspection was needed and we were happy we had one completed! Peter was professional, flexible and punctual. We felt the home inspection was complete and thorough. The report provided detailed pictures of any concerns found making it easy for us to have them addressed and documented. Additionally, Peter added all of our appliances to a recall database to make sure we are aware of any recalls. We would recommend KCHI to anyone needing an inspection.

 + -1 moreEverything went really well. When I arrived at the house, Peter the owner of the company was already inspecting the perimeter of the home. I was very surprised that he just jumped right in. He was very knowledgeable and very thorough. When he finished the inspection he went through all of the findings with me and made sure that I understood everything before he left the property. I would highly recommend him and I would use him again!
Description of Work: They performed a general home inspection on our home. I was looking to assess the issues that we have with our home before considering putting it up for sale.

 + -1 moreEven though this wasn't a full inspection, his professionalism and promptness was appreciated. I also offered to pay him to come out and look at the area but he was comfortable providing an opinion based on my pictures and didn't charge me anything
Description of Work: I called Peter at KCHI to inquire about some code questions I had while getting bids to redo part of our basement. I sent him pics and had multiple conversations with him (before and after he double-checked the local building codes) to ensure that what we wanted to do is within code.
