Called me an hour after submitting to Home Advisor, a Sunday no less. Defined their rate, more than reasonable. Arrived on time, cordial and polite. Shoe covers on. Went right to work; wasted no time during job. Swapped out a foyer hanging light fixture and a ceiling fan. Fan had a defective motor. Called store and defined problem. Set up store to come out, no charge, and replace. AND, even cleaned off the spider webs way up in the corners of our 20' high foyer!! Small business guys working hard to please their customers.
