+ -1 moreIt went alright. They finished the job, and we paid our contractor, Justin Farley of Raymond's Concrete. However, we did not know that they subcontracted out another company to pour the cement. They were suppose to pay the subcontractor out of the money we paid them, but they never did. Now, the subcontractor has come to us for payment, which they can legally do, even though we have paid the bill in full. The subcontractor is going to put a lein on our house which could result in foreclosure. This is all legal and we are learning this lesson the hard way. Always get a lein release from all subcontractors before you pay someone.
Description of Work: They repaved our driveway.
