+ -1 moreLet me just say up until now, I was happy with this company. This is what happened to me. It all centers around a transformer, we provided for the tech in case he needed it. Well, it turns out he installed it improperly and it blew the transformer and the new controller. So now they gaslight us , and proceed to tell me, that I said my husband installed it, no I did not ever say that. I said that it had been replaced once and it was a new part. So one thousand dollars later, here I am, being called a liar, and having words put in my mouth, plausible deniability I guess. Anyway, I advise if you provide parts, document, take pictures and or video, and have the tech sign a list of parts installed. Now, I have totally lost trust in anyone I hire to do work on my home, thanks for that. And I will now have to find a new company to work with near me, and that is not easy to find. I got screwed by another company, that's another story

Since we are a business, I had tried to receive bids from another business in Pratt that is well known, and couldn't even get them to call me back. After the second call to them, and no call back, we decided that they must not want to do the job. That same day, I had contacted Integreen and told them of our problem, and they came out that afternoon to get the information they needed for the bid. They were very professional and told me that they would look at what options would be best for our facility and get me a couple of bids.We went with Integreen and am very pleased that we did. The day of the installation came and they were here on time, very professional, and finished ahead of schedule. We had minimal downtime, and was up and running in 21/2 to 3 hours.
Description of Work: Replaced 2 Commercial Hot Water Tanks for our facility.
