Tina Littlejohn was contacted to list 2 properties - one jointly owned and another solely owned by my business partner. It was mutially decided not to list the properties; however Tina was used to rekey the solely owned property. The business partner has not paid her for the key lock change on the solely owned property and Tina is holding keys to both properties hostage until she is paid. She refuses even though the jointly owned property is not a part of this issue. This is very unprofessional at the least and probably illegal. The broker owner, David Costello was contacted to resolve this issue. He never returned my calls and Tina called me back to say she would not return the keys until paid. This is preventing me from renting or listing my property. We suggest not to deal with this company.

She is good. We didn't pay her anything on her services. We were the buyers and so we didn't have to pay her fees. We think that she's extremely knowledgeable about the market in Kansas City. She spent a lot of time showing us houses and walked us through the process and stuff like that. We felt knowledgeable about the process as well. We think her son works with her.
