Our team consists of my wife and myself. We do all of the work ourselves. We do not have any hidden fees, we only get paid if and when your house sells. We will consider a discount for Angie's list members who find us online. We are tenacious and we work like a dog works at a rawhide, we do not give up at all cost. My favorite thing about our team is that we are straight forward and very flexible. We always look out for our client's best interst.

My wife and I graduated college with business degrees many moons ago and we have been in business for several years now. We are very good at determining the value of a home and doing what it takes to market and sell the property. I hear from frustrated home owners quite often that their agent just stuck a sign in the yard and then just disappeared. We try to approach the challenge as a partner with the homeowner by presenting a marketing plan and communicating our progress with the seller.
