energy audit
+ -1 moreRob and another gentleman showed up on time and were professional. Rob explained how things worked and went about the audit without any problem. He told me it would take a week or two to get the report done and emailed to me. And it would probably take an additional week or so to get a response back from the state of Kansas. After more than 3 weeks went by with no communication I attempted to call Green C.A.T. I left 2 messages over the course of the next 10 days and received no return call. The lack of follow up and response to my attempts to contact them was very concerning. I finally reached Rob on my 3rd attempt. He basically said he didn't get my audit completed and/or turned in to Kansas, but he assured me he would email it to me that very same day. 3 more days went by and I received nothing. I left another voice mail on the 4th day. Then on the 5th day after our conversation I received an email with the completed audit details and recommendations. In this same email he requested energy bills that I'd already given him. At this point I have really lost faith in Green C.A.T. Perhaps they are very competent at what they do, but their inability to properly communicate anything to me in a timely manner is not acceptable. Maybe business is just so good that they're too busy. I'm not really sure why, but the result is poor customer service.
Description of Work: I decided to take advantage of the Kansas Energy program where I only have to pay $100 to the energy audit company and then they submit their report to the state of KS to get reimbursed for the remainder of the cost of the audit. I called Green C.A.T. and scheduled an audit with Rob. They came out and performed their audit approx 8 days later, which took about 2 hours.
