They did a great job. I haven’t got a bill from them yet, but it was not as cheap and they had given me a quote of about $200. What I liked is that they did a good job and did it quickly. Benjamin called me himself right after I left him a message and he was really friendly. I was a little disappointed on the number of services they did and I needed a couple of other things done, like branch trimmings and so on.

They showed up when they said they would and I was very pleased.

Went great. Very responsive and respectful of my property. Benjamin spent time explaining the options with me, the cost differences between materials, and he stayed on budget. The work was done quickly and I've hired him to do the lawn treatment program through next year.

I think his advice was good, because at the end of the summer, we still had green grass when the neighbors didn't We also hired him for snow removable last winter. Not much snow, but he did an excellent job when it did. He is very professional and efficient. We have hired him for fall treatments and snow removal again this year.

We first called on Benjamin to clean up our yard last fall (they do for my neighborhood.). They added us to their list and we were very pleased with their work and price ($30.)

They do an excellent job. I have been using them.

Disappointing in that was promised a day then got an email that day that they couldn't come a/c a crew member was sick. Poor way to start a relationship. No call? Was there no one else that could clean-up leaves? Himself?

I am President of our Homes Association and I wanted to know if they did vacuuming. Many companies don't have an actual vacuum but he does. We are not going to do it but just wanted to know who could do it. He was very responsive. He was very prompt and had good questions and answers. I thought he was really thorough. We would definitely use him and I told my neighbors about him and I know that they have called. It was a good connection. His estimate was very reasonable. You can schedule online through his website and it is very easy and very convenient.

They were fine, although one time they didn't show up when they said they would and they had a lot of problems with blowing leaves and I'm not sure if it was weather related as to why they didn't do it. I see they have days they are supposed to do it, but they didn't pick it up when they were supposed to. I plan to work with them again.

Overall, we have had a great experience with this company. For snow removal, they cannot be beat. We paid $45 during the last snow (~8") for them to clean off our (very long) driveway, sidewalks and part of our patio. The pricing is fair, and Ben will send an email out when snow is forecast to confirm if we would like them to come. They do a nice job, and even snowblow a path in the backyard for our dogs to take care of their business. For leaf removal, we had requested they come once per week to cleanup our leaves, and they were coming about every 10 days to every other week. In our neighborhood - BKS/Waldo, I get the impression there were just too many customers/leaves to keep up with. This was a little frustrating as we had just seeded the lawn, but they did the best they could to fit everything in and did do a very nice job when they came, and I believe we were also getting some rain which hampered their ability to get out. We've had them mow/trim/fertilize for us as well, and they do a nice job and the pricing is fair and reasonable. The only constructive criticism I have is that I wish they could get to us every single week to do leaves in the fall. However, we did try another service, and the experience was the same, so we are sticking with Benjamin, as he's a pleasure to deal with and is extremely responsive.

I am pretty happy with them although they are certainly not perfect. It is hard to find a good lawn service at a reasonable price.

Benjamin and his people have done an excellent job for us. The price is very reasonable and they are reliable and of good quality. He has been willing to take on extra jobs such as bed care and has done this well. He was not too efficient with snow removal last year but otherwise he is excellent. I think the snow situation last winter overwhelmed everyone.

I think that they do a thorough job. I am happy with them. It is easy to use them and I don't have to supervise them. I like the convenient email billing.

Reasonable lawn mowing service. We have a 3/4 acre lot and paid 52 dollars for service. Lawn treatments for 85 dollars.
