All Dry Services of South Kansas City

All Dry was great! They came to our rescue after recent water damage to our house. The recent cold KC weather caused a pipe to burst that left our basement with standing water we came home to at 10 PM. We have two young children and a crisis with the basement left us a bit frazzled, to say the least. Jonah from All Dry and his team were out at our house within 30 minutes, got right to work and even managed to salvage some family keepsakes that would have otherwise been destroyed. They educated us on what to expect, how the process would go and provided updates throughout the entirety of the project. They took care of all the insurance pieces needed and made the already stressful process as easy and simple as possible. Their team was by far the most professional of the companies we met with and were even great with our kids (they let them take pictures with their mascot, Puddles)! We have already referred several friends and family to All Dry and will continue to do so. Thank you for everything!

Jonah and the All Dry team were thorough and professional. No surprises and they actually came in right at what they quoted within a few dollars. That was not the case with other companies we have used before. Nobody wants to deal with flooding and water damage but they took care of everything from start to finish including working directly with insurance during a crazy time. The technicians worked quickly and didn’t disrupt our daily life . They checked back regularly and even sent a hand written thank you note! That is rare these days. Highly recommend and appreciate them taking a terrible situation and making it as pleasant and tolerable as possible. We would not hesitate to call Jonah and All Dry in the future! Broken pipe led to mold in my basement. All Dry of south KC got in and cleaned up the mold very quick! Very professional crew and I would definitely recommend this company.
