Trenary's Tree Care

Trenary trimmed trees in our neighbors yard and in the process knocked a huge branch from a mature tree in our yard. The driver of the boom truck came to our door and apologized, but later after speaking with his boss did not provide the requested contact info of the owner. He drove off without speaking to us again. My husband got the number from the neighbor and called to speak to the owner and the owner was rude. He blamed our tree as being to low and that if we wanted to get their insurance company info we would need to contact a lawyer to get it. Although Trenary was not supposed to even be in our yard, we had to deal with this and now have a lopsided mature tree in our front yard. Know that if you use this service you will need to video record them the entire time they are on your property to have proof if anything on your property is damaged in the process. They did clean up the branches, but the nature of our yard is changed forever because of this incident.

It went well they were quick to get to it. It was a big job they had a large crew and was able to do it quickly. They cleared and cleaned up as best they good. I was very satisfied.

It was fantastic! They were punctual, efficient, fast, stuck to the quote, cleaned up all mess, removed all branches, and were finished quicker than expected! Besides the trees missing a few branches, you'd never know that they had been there!

Levi arrived timely to give the bid and discussed our wishes relative to each tree. He asked appropriate questions and provided a relatively detailed bid. He did have to reschedule the job once (ground was to wet to drive on without creating ruts), his guys arrived right on time on a Saturday morning to complete the work. They reviewed the job with me, went to work and completely cleaned up the area (with a rake even) after themselves. Trees were properly thinned without being "topped" and they were careful to drive where they had been asked to. Trees look great! While I have had work done in the past by others, this was, at the least, one of the very best jobs I've received! Highly recommend them.

I contacted Trenary's Tree Care on the evening of Friday, 07/16/2010, after a severe wind and rainstorm. Levi Trenary called me back that same evening and set an appointment for the following day, Saturday, 07/17/2010, to give me a bid for tree work. I accepted the bid and Levi and his crew arrived on Monday, 07/19/2010, and completed the job to my satisfaction. They did everything included in the bid to a professional level. I got what I paid for and suggested that he give my daughter a bid as well which he did.
