 + -1 moreI called them back the next day asking what happened and why they weren't there. They said again they would come out and they never came and never called me back. After I had the unit installed by a separate provider I did call them and told them I had it installed and it wasn't working right. They came out and measured it and identified the problem and told me what they could do to fix it and they were supposed to send me an estimate and I still never heard back from them. They never did come out to fix the problem.
Description of Work: I had contacted them about installing a Mitsubishi Mister Slim in July and they offered to come and out as I was looking for an estimate and they offered to come out that day and he never made it and he never called me back.

Description of Work: Removal of old systems and installation of 2 high efficiency gas furnaces and 2 16 SEER a/c units.

 + -1 moreHe was great and found a short that had been causing my electric furnace to run constantly and cost was unbelievable. He fixed the short, installed new unit and in a matter of a couple of days I had air-conditioning!!!! They cleaned up everything before leaving and I was totally pleased with the people and the new unit.
Description of Work: Jerry came out and checked my old air conditioner and found more than one problem. He installed a new a/c unit and saved me over $1000 over another bid with comparable, if not better, unit
