+ -1 moreI bought a house in 2015 with a heating and air unit instilled by Vogel Heating and Cooling. I had a problem one year later and called them and they took care of it. They didn't charge me anything, no questions asked and they were very nice about it. Then the thermostat battery went bad recently and I could not for the life of me figure out how to take the thermostat off and replace the battery. I called them and they came by the next day and showed us and they were very nice. I have to say that I felt stupid and I know I have ten thumbs, but they are the nicest people and it is easy to talk to them. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my family and anyone else and I want to thank them for all the good work they have done for me. Michael Davidsson

Description of Work: Vogel Heating and Air installed my current HVAC system and also serviced my previous system. They are a small organization but do their best to provide service throughout the area. During recent extreme weather over the last two years, they are working all weekend just to try to catch up with service calls. During my installation two years ago, they gave me expert advice on which system to install and explained that what was advertised as an up-front savings in terms of a government rebate would actually mean much more expensive repairs since parts for this particular system were expensive even for repair people to obtain. I would highly recommend them to anyone for either installation or service.

+ -1 moreDon't bother to call them as they do not answer the phone and don't bother leaving a message on their answering machine because they don't return calls. I tried to contact them about my A.C. acting up and never heard back. That's been about 3 weeks ago. Since then I have spoke to others about them and they said the same thing, that they are impossible to get hold of. Why bother having a business if you pick and choose when you want to work? I found an individual a few blocks away that was able to help and didn't charge me.
