Description of Work: They added outlets in my son's house, added ground fault plugs, and changed some light fixtures. During the process, they knocked a hold in my son's wall and did not repair it. They would not discount any of the labor because of this and we were left to repair the hole in the wall.

 + -1 moreWas having problems with wiring done for new house. The AC / Heating unit kept on shorting out. I contacted Touchton, explained situation, and he came over. After maybe 5 mins, he indicated that he could not do the work and that I needed to get in touch with a heating and air company, as the issue was with the wiring of the unit and not with the wiring to the breaker box. Still charged me for a full service charge, although no work was done and was there a total of less than 10 mins.
Description of Work: Electrical issues with heating / AC unit.

Description of Work: We had a tornado hit the Joplin area. All companies are running in all directions. All I had to do is contact Touchton Electric and the service man was at our house within 3 hours. The resolution was immediate. The service man was professional and knowledgeable. I appreciate how quickly they responded in an emergency situation and the quality of the work performed was at a high level. I will use them again and highly recommend their services.
