Description of Work: Technician came out on Tuesday June16 and looked at our central air for purposes of giving us a bid on a new unit. After looking it over, he said he would have a bid for us later that day or the next morning. We did not receive a bid so we called them Wednesday afternoon and talked to someone named Chris who said he would have a bid for us by the end of the day. That was one week ago and we have not heard from them since. We have contracted with someone else to install a central air unit.

Description of Work: Nothing, besides set an appointment.

 + -1 moreIt was great I would give them 'A' rating on every aspect. They came out. gave me a quote, they were low priced, they got the work, they did the job on time and everything was fine. I'm absolutely ticked to death with them. Everything was excellent.
Description of Work: I used Sek Heating & Air to come out and look over some duct work that we needed put in our factory.
