Plans Plus Design

Description of Work: Owner was wonderful and worked within our budget. He made constant contact and explained every step to us. He also offered fantastic design options that we never thought of and it saved us money. He was available on weekends and evenings which fit our work schedule. He was also in charge of the construction management of the project and reported directly to us. What a great businessman, honest, trustworthy, professional and our home came in exactly within budget. He was truely an angel while we experienced the building process of our new home. He comes highly reccommended from us and others in this area.

Description of Work: After the Joplin tornado I asked several people and they all gave high reviews for Plans Plus Design. The owner was extreemly nice and explained the rebuilding process in great detail to me. His prices for doing my project were up front and did not change thru the design process. His ideas were great and it was like he could read my mind on what I wanted and what I could afford. He offered professional services, great prices, honest and trustworthy and made sure his schedule fit mine. My plans were finished fast and he also offers construction management so when I start rebuilding my home I can pay him to handle everything so I am not taken advantage of. He will even review all the bids from the contractors so I am not taken advantage of. He spent time talking to me so he would know what I wanted and if there was something that couldn't be done, he explained to me why or why it wasn't cost effective. He has been in business for several years and is from Pittsburg Kansas which I also liked. Out of town people from big cities worry me but he is from this area. It was so nice to hire someone that was so nice and understanding and he gave me the price for the project and did not charge me by the hour to meet with me. During a natural disaster it was nice to find someone that cared and helped me with the rebuilding of my home. He completed the plans and design of my new home within 1 week. Don't buy house plans over the internet. You do not know they will fit your liking or your lot size. Its better to get someone local or within 30 miles from where you live.
