Mr. Clark did not provide the services, I was able to fix the issue with my washing machine myself, however he contacted me and kept in touch through out the process making sure it was going well. He was polite and professional to deal with. I will definitely keep him in mind for future appliance issues should they arise.

Jon came out after hours (I live in Pittsburg and work in Joplin, so it's not convenient for me to meet someone during the day or immediately after work), diagnosed our problem, and arranged a time for him to return and get the job done. He fixed our problem - even stating that it's a common issue with this model washer - and was courteous, professional, and friendly. He'd be the first person I'd call with any problem of this type.

He's an excellent guy ad he's really cheap. He does a little bit of air conditioning stuff as well. Everything was flawless. The only complaint I've ever heard was that this guy has worked on people's stuff and not billed them for it. His name is John Clarke and he's been in business for a long time and he's a super guy and he's really good at anything. He works on bizarre stuff and anything high end.

I have used Jon for applicance repair for the last 15 years. He is always dependable, honest and reasonably priced. He can fix my applicance, or if it isn't worth fixing, he will tell me to replace it. I once purchased a re-conditioned washer from Jon when mine was "dead" and it worked for years. I would and quite often do recommend Jon to friends and co-workers.
