Charles Butler - Butler Rentals Inc

Charlie Butler, owner and sole employee of Butler Rentals, Inc., refuses to do his job. Any problems while living in the house were dealt with by Charlie telling me to find someone to fix the problem, call them, set up an appointment, pay the person, and then tell him how much it was. When the refrigerator stopped working he tried to blame me and when he finally accepted that it was broken he drug his feet for days before giving up on finding a replacement. I ended up finding a fridge, which I bought on my own, and he tried to tell me that I should leave it behind when I move. When the lease is up, instead of doing his job and showing the house, he will give out your personal information to strangers and tell them to come by the house unannounced to look around. When asked very nicely to not give strangers my info and give me a heads up when he is sending someone to the house he responded with an e-mail cursing at me. He is constantly looking for ways to get out of doing any work by bullying his renters into doing it for him. Absolutely does not want to be an actual landlord, instead just want rent checks to roll in without ever hearing from you. The only time I ever saw him is when I drove to his office to drop off my rent. CAUTION: WOULD NOT RENT FROM AGAIN.
